Had come here several times to do antigen swabs. Their service is VERY FAST; I got my results sent to my email in less than an hour. The health care providers and admins are also friendly. To book antigen swab sessions, you must do a reservation online via HiLab's reservation website. The website is user friendly and easy to operate. Once you've booked the session, the swab process will be very quick! However, this reservation process is not friendly for tech-illiterate people, they'll need assistance.

Staffs are all very friendly and the service is good. Convenient location, near Lempuyangan railway station. They offer the fastest PCR test around Yogyakarta and the results already connected with government COVID-19 mobile app.

Covid test in this lab is very efficient. Just register online, fill in the form, pay online, wait for about 5 minutes for confirmation, take queue number, go to test facility and leave it. Result just for about 30 minutes and delivered by email. Result also integrated to pedulilindungi apps. So, no need to saw the covid test result manually at point of check in.

Just took my antigen test there and it was really faster with many people waiting there. Only a little bit crazy cos you must be registered by online used their website >> covidcenter.hilab.co.id. But the small ladies who in the registration area was Super helping, very friendly n so patiently with many question I was shoot on her n she answered all and resolved all my Problem. Really bad service here. Especially when it comes to the doctor. It seemed like he didn't have any passion to work as a doctor. The way he explaining like he knew nothing about his patient's condition. My brother got heavy fever for several nights, and when he asked this doctor about what exactly cousing the fever, he was just say nothing like he's not an expert as a doctor. Hilab, how come you hire this kind of doctor??

efficient service with friendly employees! I went here to both get vaccinated and tested for covid (antigen). They do offer PCR test as well. Registration and payment first need to be done online. When you get here, you just need to reconfirm your appointment, wait abit for your turn, and once your turn is done, you can immediately go home. They will send the result via email. Not much contact with other people. 5/5!

Registration and payment online was easy. Arriving at hi lab, showing the bar code, taking the antigen and leaving max 5 minutes! Great service, well organized. Medical staff wearing full PPE. Staff also friendly.
